One of the newer nightclubs in Accra, MAD doesn’t do anything by halves.

Sky Bar 25 is a supercool members-only rooftop hangout at the top of one of Ghana’s highest buildings, the Alto Tower, in the Villagio Vista complex.

Comprising a club and lounge, this is one of Ghana’s best-established nightclubs, and since enjoying an upgrade and a revamped offer in the heart of Labone.

Smoke ’n’ Barrel, ostensibly a sports bar, has grown a large, loyal following since its summer-2017 opening.

This bar is owned by the ‘Godfather of Hiplife’ Reggie Rockstone (and was previously called Rockstone’s Office – some taxi drivers still know it by this name).

Based on a regular British boozer, Honeysuckle is a hit with both ex-pats and locals, with a lively crowd coming to play pool and watch Premiership football on the 14 tellies.
