A large part of the fun of dining at Brasa is watching your meal being cooked over the coal grill in front of you – the smell alone is enough to have you salivating. Juicy meat and seafood skewers join signature dishes such as chicken Milanese and a whopper of a house burger, while sides include a note-perfect jollof rice and some insanely good parmesan fries. The large dining room is decked out in all the colours of the rainbow, with blonde wood tables and chairs and a black-and-white checkerboard floor completing the – very appealing – picture.
