There’s a full choice of Ghanaian dishes, as well as a large international buffet – from 6pm the à la carte selection includes the likes of French onion soup, beef tenderloin and Atlantic lobster. Food can also be eaten around the pleasant pool outside. There’s a good bar here too, with the fresh, fruity, expertly mixed cocktails being a highlight.
