Dining at Santoku is an unforgettable experience: guests can expect impeccable service and world-class Japanese cuisine created in collaboration with the team behind Nobu in London and Dubai. The elegant outdoor terrace, which offers a dedicated menu of light snacks, is perfect for a pre-dinner drink. The main dining room, meanwhile, is characterised by traditional Japanese woodwork and a spectacular bamboo ceiling, under which diners savour exceptional sushi and sashimi and mains such as a 48-hour-marinated black cod in sweet den miso, and grilled red snapper with daikon sauce. The lunchtime set menu represents great value for money, while the cocktails, including ‘saketinis’, are some of the best in town. Larger parties can book the private dining room, which seats up to 20.
